Beth Elis is another new designer who we had the pleasure of meeting during NY market. High necklines, cap sleeves, and intricate, antique touches abound in this Spring 2010 collection. The flower appliqué runway trend is ever present in Elis’ line. Sprinkled throughout the collection are whimsical, romantic open back wedding dresses.
